In response to a meeting CIVIC had today with the Urban Development
Minister, Mr. Vinay Kumar Sorake, he has agreed to organise a public
consultation on the Ward Committee & Area Sabha Rules in Bangalore on
Tuesday, 17th June.  Venue and timings will be notified later.  Kindly
block the date.

The KMC (Amdt.) Act of Jan 2011, the Ward Committee & Area Sabha Rules of
March 2014 and CIVIC's suggestions on the Rules are attached herewith for
your information and suggestions.
