Dear Aravind,
The present twist in the tale seems to be a shrewd design of overcoming
hurdles resurrected by the court, and not necessarily of 'violating' it. In
the new order of things, the UID would *not* need to be enforced as a new
document. It would be quietly embeded in the Voter ID.
An 'Updated' Voter IDs is what they will ask next! Am I reading too much?
