[Urbanstudy] Inviting Suggestions for the Bangalore ITS implementation

I received a reply from the IT Director for BMTC, he has forwarded the
suggestions to his team and am awaiting on some of the questions we asked
related to the implementation. They are considering a data sharing policy
to share real-time data, this if done will be an important milestone to
force other transport agencies to open their data.
