[Urbanstudy] Inviting Suggestions for the Bangalore ITS implementation

Here is a crawler & bus-stops data in multiple formats. Not all the bus
routes have GPS devices. After checking out all the routes, the ones which
were giving responses, i included that in the routes file. Still working on
things. If you suggestions, post it in the hackpad before tomorrow noon.
