To give you a short reply, the films DO NOT have to be shot in Gujarat
neccessarily. As we had discussed earlier, it could be any medium (video,
film, animation, slide show, whatever), and the subject needn't be only
portrayal of what happened in Gujarat or elsewhere. It could be a protest,
information, education, propaganda, personal interpretation, or whatever
against the communal frenzy that has taken place or may (I hope not) take
place in future.
