I responded to the March invitation saying I would be glad to come if they 
provided travel money.  They wrote back saying they had none.  Hmmmm.

I guess if they are not providing financial help for the meeting they will 
only get people from Delhi and those who already have large NGO support.  Of 
course, maybe that's what they want in the first place?

How unfortunate!
