  I am agree with you, they will discuss about 'Community Radio' but I suspect how many will be there, from community level or grass root level (except FEW, like Nagaraja and Nammdhwani people).  
   
  But I also like to add that we know our Delhi friends are most important supporters to the CR movement and we know they will raise our issues also in the consultation (And they already did this many a times, before).   
   
  Though, I am also of the view that consultation needs majority of representatives from small organizations who will be the actual implementers of the CR stations in the country.  The first and main consultation should have a regional / state represetation, besides the state consultations which will be followed later. 
   
   And without financial support, it will be difficult for small organizations and individuals to attend the meeting.  Hope the organizers would think of this. 
   
  Another part of the story is they have given very short notice, which may be a barrier for the outside Delhi persons to attend the meeting;   now most of the people desirous to attend the meeting, won’t get railway reservations and it would be difficult for them to afford air travel.  
   
  So jean,  I agree with you, it is a matter of research ‘Whom They Want to Invite?’
