Dear All,

As Sajan has already mentioned, the CR Forum's official meeting with Asha Swarup, Secretary-Ministry of I&B is on the 11th July at 4pm. I hope that some of the CRF members in Delhi would be able to come for this meeting. The agenda is the following:
To formally introduce the Forum and its mission and objective,
To discuss the Forum's interest in promoting true Community Radio Stations, as against NGO or State or Corporate Radio,
To discuss the Regional Workshops planed by the Forum and the Ministry's interest in them,
To discuss our concern on status of applications so far,
To discuss the shortcomings of the current Policy - restriction on news, spectrum fees, single window clearance. 

May I request you to kindly suggest other issues we need to bring up in this meeting?
