[cr-india] March meeting

Dear Vikram 

  I am completely agree with you !  as per the invitation, the Delhi Meeting will be followed by regional meetings in different parts of India, I hope they will organize the meetings. But off course Delhi meeting is more imp, as it would be a pilot meeting and attended by many policy makers.

Sajan told me they can't subsidise my travel - I don't
have the funding to do this trip independently. I

Alternatively, such meetings need to be held closer to
places where more people can attend - TRAI used to
hold its consultations in several cities, at least.
