[cr-india] On-line DAVP empanelment for CRS is now operational

Couple of pointers to those applying online:

1. Please open the link in Internet Explorer and NOT Firefox or other open source browsers. Some parts of the form do not work on Firefox.
2. Please keep all information concerning station and supporting NGO handy -- bank account details, GOPA details, IFSC code (whatever that is), and some strange thing called a Fixed Point Chart which perhaps Sajan will have to explain. 
3. For some reason DAVP insists on applicants having a Delhi office -- how is that going to work out for an NGO or a civil society group in Uttarakhand or Orissa? Is CRF going to offer it's office as a make-do Delhi office?

We've been informed by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India, that the on-line CRS empanelment form on DAVP website is operational now: http://www.davp.nic.in/fresh_crs/em_rc_agn_fresh.aspx

If your CR station has been operational for at least three months, please register with DAVP as soon as you can.
