[cr-india] On-line DAVP empanelment for CRS is now operational

Fixed point chart is the schedule of the station. For example, the FPC of FM
Gold is attached with this mail.

All the best every one. I hope the process quickly translates in to
remuneration. If it does then hopefully stations will spend less time worry
about advertisements and will get more time to think about what they want to
achieve for their community.
