[Urbanstudy] project on auto rickshaw meters

Hi All,

I am beginning to work out a project on auto meters, focusing on issues of
quantification, measurement, certification, systems (linked to the meter),
setting of rates in the more general frame of labour and informality. At
the moment I am focusing on Delhi.

I am writing to see if there is anyone working on these issues, or who has
done work on them, or who is just interested to discuss. I am also looking
for any ideas on other axes to pursue regarding these issues.

Right now I am a PhD scholar at UC Berkeley, and did my MA and MPhil in
Delhi before that on informal labour and the NCEUS reports.

Looking forward to hearing from interested/ curious people...
