Dear All,

The Unpacking Urbanism course series at IIHS has the following master
classes lined up for the month of February:

*1. Randomized Evaluations in Public Policy | 19th Feb 2015, IIHS BCC    *
*5pm-8pm**| Shriya Anand and Andaleeb Rahman |*

This master class will introduce participants to the concept of randomized
evaluation, the questions it seeks to address and the ethical issues in
carrying out such experiments. Participants will be introduced to the
methods which are being increasingly used to address important questions of
public policy in developing countries.

*2. Three Cities, Three Dharmas | 20th Feb 2015, IIHS BCC | **5pm-8pm**
      Arshia Sattar *

The cities of the Ramayana give us the opportunity to examine the way
dharma is created, upheld and broken within the text. Through these cities,
this master class explores the physical and metaphorical locations in which
are invested ideas of right and wrong, personal and public, male and female.
